I'm pretty nearsighted (like -4.something) and tried these with my glasses off just to humor my husband. The clock across the room went from a smudge to actual numbers. I made everyone at Thanksgiving try them. My mother-in-law ordered two pairs from her phone at the table.

The glasses themselves are great and the sharpening thing is 100% real, not a gimmick. Only complaint is the case had a strong plastic smell out of the box. Aired out after a couple days. Would still recommend.

Got these as a white elephant gift for my sister who's an optician. She hijacked the party for ten minutes explaining how they work. Ended up buying my own pair. I use them when my eyes feel fried after long spreadsheet days — no idea if that's "a thing" but it feels nice to just sit back and stare through them for a minute.

The effect is real, I'll give them that. But everything looks noticeably darker through them and you can see the hole pattern, so it's more of a fascinating demo than something you'd wear around. The site is upfront about that, which I respect, but temper your expectations. Fun party trick though.

Bought one pair, immediately had to buy two more. My 9 year old wore them through an entire dinner. Honestly the best $25 conversation piece in the house. Shipping was fast too, ordered Tuesday and had them Friday.

I work from home and stare at monitors all day. I keep these next to my keyboard and put them on for a few minutes between meetings — kind of forces me to stop and look at something far away. Fit is a little snug on my big head lol, hence 4 stars, but the lenses/holes part is quality.

Middle school science teacher here. Bought a pair for our light and optics unit and it was the single best $25 I've spent on a demo. Kids lined up to try them and a few actually understood why it works before I explained it. Ordering a second pair because the first one basically lives in a 7th grader's backpack now.

I sat on my regular glasses (again) and grabbed these while waiting on the replacement. Obviously not the same thing, but for reading my phone on the couch and finding the remote they got me through the week. Wouldn't want to rely on them, but as a $25 "just in case" drawer item? Sure. Minus a star cause the nose piece leaves little marks after a while.

Bought for my 78 year old mom who refuses to admit she needs new reading glasses. She put these on, read the entire diner menu out loud, and then accused us of switching menus on her. We were crying laughing. She now brings them to her card game on Tuesdays.

To be clear this site never claimed it fixes anything, other websites did, so partly on me. The sharpening is real and kind of trippy the first time. But I have pretty bad astigmatism and while things ARE sharper through it, it's dim and you notice the dots constantly. Fun to have around, just not life changing. Shipping was quick and the case is decent.

ER nurse, 12 hour nights, my eyes are toast by 4am from staring at monitors. I keep these in my locker and put them on during break with my feet up. Can't explain it but it forces my eyes to just chill. Two coworkers ordered after trying mine. The free eye care ebook was actually a nice touch too, short and not preachy.

Stocking stuffer for my 15 year old who is impossible to impress. He said "ok that's actually sick" which in teenager means 10/10. He wore them to school and they came home with one temple slightly bent from his backpack, so maybe not indestructible, but they bent back fine. Would buy again.
